Change or Cancel a Confirmed Reservation:

A guest that has already made a booking is entitled to either amend of cancel the reservation – if allowed, by using the registered email and reservation id.

Reservation Extras & Stay Enhancement – Preferences:

Offer your guests the option to enhance their stay by adding extra services to their stay. These extra services are available once the rate & room is selected and added up to the total stay summary. E.g. half board, supplement add-ons (like cake, flower and liquid), any transfer, if you provide. Also provide online check facility, in the form, so that without contacting, user can just fill the form.

Travel Agents Module:

For travel agent you can set mark-up so agent can make confirm booking.

Reporting Tools:

Hotel admin can get yearly and monthly income, comparison report of previous year and can see all availability report in one place.

Assign Module:

Make different staff member for managing different module so you can restrict staff.

Email Content:

You can manage email content related for booking confirmation or cancellation.
